Deep golden color, with notes of dates and tropical fruits such as papaya. And a hint of hay and dried herbs. Nice effervescence and a wonderfully fresh aftertaste.

maturation: Ama pét-wet tea ages in the bottle for 6 months and will continue to evolve and improve over time. Can be aged for up to 3 years.

Pairings: Serve chilled in white wine glasses next to a tomato salad, or various types of seafood such as crab.
