On the 'Kittenberg' close to Slovenia, there are a dozen wine estates. But there is one strange duck: the orchard of the König family. They grow their pear trees here completely biodynamically. Undisturbed and without intervention. The old trees are by the grandpa of König planted in very specific places. The variety in question was only planted where the pH value and soil composition were suitable. And how do you do justice to such unique fruit? squeeze into juice, and nothing else.
