"Kittenberger Vogelkirsche" aka: Wild sweet cherries.

Wachstum König cherry juice has about as much in common with supermarket juices as the cherries from your backyard with Cola Cherry. The wild bird cherry trees are about 100 years old. And give wild cherries that are much smaller than others. The fruits have large stones and give little juice. One of the reasons a bottle is expensive. The other: it's damn tasty.

The quantity is extremely limited and the demand is high: Herbert König and his family therefore had to sell their cherry juice by subscription. And we are the lucky ones who can sell this as the only store in the Netherlands.
