"Silberberg Mammutquitte" aka: mammoth quince.

You've never drunk such a juice, it is amazingly complex and full of flavour. A unique fruit juice that you it is best to drink in a wine glass and not too cold.

In the 'Silberberger Quittenquartier' close to the Bavarian forest, the giant mammoth quinces grow biodynamically and undisturbed. The old trees are by the grandpa of König planted in very specific places. The variety in question was only planted where the pH value and soil composition were suitable. As a result, the fruit trees are doing better than never before after 100 years.

The mammoth quinces are cold pressed and the juice is bottled without additives.
